Medical center management program

An Excel program for managing staff, medicine, stock, and invoice data in small medical centers.

Hax Medical Center is designed for managing small medical centers. It organizes staff, doctor, medicine, and stock data, along with medical transactions and invoices.

With it, you record the center's staff details and track medicine quantities and expiry dates. You also create medicine issue vouchers and invoices, then generate reports.

Why this program?

The program brings staff data, medicines and stock, medicine issue vouchers, medical transactions and invoices, and reports together in one place. You can see a summary of the center's data on the main screen.

Program features

Main screen

  • Shows a summary of the center's data: number of staff, number of doctors, total invoices, and total profits.
  • Has buttons that open these screens: staff data, items and medicines, medical transactions, and reports.

Staff data

  • Record each staff member's basic details: name, address, phone number, profession, and photo.
  • The program automatically creates a separate folder for each staff member and saves their photo in it.

Items, medicines, and issue vouchers

  • Record and track the details of each item or medicine: name, price, quantity in stock, minimum stock level, and expiry date.
  • Create a medicine issue voucher that records the date and time, clinic name, recipient, cashier, and the medicines issued with their quantities and prices.
  • Print the medicine issue voucher after entering its details.

Medical transactions and invoices

  • Create a new invoice and record the patient's details, the medicines they received, and the transaction value.
  • Look up past invoices and their totals.

Reports

  • Medicine reports show available quantities, expired medicines, and medicines close to their expiry date.
  • Invoice reports show a log of past invoices, their transaction details, and their totals.
