Hax Payroll is built with Excel VBA to manage monthly employee salaries. You record each employee's earnings and deductions, and the program calculates total earnings, total deductions, and net salary automatically.

You record the salary payment for the employee you choose, and the program creates salary slips automatically. You can track payroll on the main dashboard, on the inquiry screen, and in the monthly payroll reports.

Program features

Main dashboard

  • The dashboard shows the number of employees, total earnings, total deductions, and total net salaries
  • Track total salaries, earnings, and deductions for previous months in a table

Employee data

  • Record each employee's basic data, such as name, department, and job title
  • Record fixed salary components: basic salary, transport allowance, and housing allowance

Monthly earnings and deductions

  • Record earnings, such as commissions, bonuses, overtime, and other allowances
  • Record deductions, such as salary advances, lateness, absence, and other deductions
  • The program keeps each employee's data in a separate monthly record, so you can go back to the details of any month
  • The program calculates total earnings, total deductions, and net salary automatically
  • Set the value of one hour of lateness, one overtime hour, and one day of absence in the settings, and the program uses these values to calculate earnings and deductions

Payment records and salary slips

  • Choose an employee, view their salary data, then record the payment
  • The program only records the payment; it does not transfer money
  • The program creates the salary slip automatically, and you can print it or export it as a PDF
  • The program saves each slip automatically in an organized folder named by employee and month

Inquiry and reports

  • Search for an employee's monthly data on the inquiry screen and view their salary details
  • Create monthly payroll reports that show total salaries, earnings, and deductions
  • Print reports or export them as PDF files
